1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the x99o platform and its users ("you" or "member"). x99o is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting and related services.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x — meaning you must wager 10 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus before making a withdrawal.

  • The bonus applies only once, and only one welcome bonus is given per person, household or IP address.

6 Game and Betting Rules

All games and betting options offered on x99o are operated through accredited game providers. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during play.

6.1 Betting Conditions

  • Sufficient balance must be ensured before placing a bet. Bets will not be accepted with insufficient balance.
  • Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a technical fault produces an abnormal result, x99o reserves the right to void the bet and refund the amount.
  • For sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable conditions.

6.2 Fair Play Guarantee

x99o believes in fair play. All casino games are operated by third-party tested random number generators (RNG). If any user employs bots, automated software or any other fraudulent method, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances x99o may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent, unlawful or suspicious activity.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Evidence that the user is a minor.
  • Extended inactivity (more than 365 days).
  • At the user's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before account closure; however, bonus funds or amounts linked to a breach of conditions may be forfeited.
